So, big news! Lotus Biscoff – you know them. They make those amazing cookies and cookie butter. Anyway, they are making ice cream. I’ll give you a moment to collect yourself after reading and re-reading that.
There will be ice cream bars AND pints that will feature Biscoff Cookies and other goodies! It’s looking like the flavor lineup is Biscoff Ice Cream (so cookie butter ice cream) with Chocolate Brownies, with Salted Caramel, with Belgian Chocolate Chips, with Blueberry Cheesecake, and original.
Unfortunately, the ice cream bars won’t be out until October. And to start, they have a very specific market for the release of the pints in July: Safeway and Albertsons stores in Northern California, Oregon, Idaho, and Arizona. Although, they’ll be hitting other stores and states “coming soon,” so the wait begins!
