A Legal Version of Kinder Eggs Arrives in the US

Most of us know that Kinder Eggs are banned from the United States for the stupid reason of a ‘choking hazard’. I mean, come on. Pretty dumb if you ask me. However, Ferrero (the maker of Kinder Eggs) has found a loophole and will sell a legal version called Kinder Joy in the United States starting November 24th! Kinder Joy Eggs is an egg that splits into two halves — one with the dessert and the other with the toy. No choking hazards here since the toy is not embedded in the dessert like the Kinder Eggs sold everywhere else. Screw you, dumb laws!

About the author

I steal my nieces’ Halloween candy and laugh about it, put whipped cream on vegetables, don’t trust food that isn’t in a package, and worship ice cream. Chips are my favorite snack and might just end up being my downfall. I would marry Flamin' Hot Cheetos if it was legal (and not weird). Born and raised near Detroit, I grew up eating delicious coney dogs, unique pizzas, and of course --- all the best snacks.
